How long does it take to actually proceed with exchange?
After registering on the website - you will be required to confirm your email and phone number and then provide your ID. Verification takes 5-10 minutes max and then you can enjoy all of the Sprutex Exchange benefits.
What are the available depositing methods?
You can replenish your account via bank transfer or using your debit\credit card. We continue working on introducing new payment options.
How much time does the withdrawal take?
After you requested a withdrawal it should normally take from 24 to 72 hours to appear on your bank account or credit card balance.
How can I get in contact with you?

Do you have a mobile application?
We are growing steadily, making sure each and every aspect of the system works as intended. The development of applications for both platforms iOS and Android is in process nonetheless and should be finished by the end of 2023.
Why can't I open an account with you?
We are really sorry, but we are pretty much limited by Lithuanian regulations and thus only support European countries. We strive to expand our operations globally at the nearest time though.
